When using and maintaining nonstick cookware, pay attention to the following points:
1. Before first use, remove the label, rinse with water, wipe dry, and apply a thin layer of cooking oil (excluding butter and lard) for seasoning. Wash again before use.
2. Use heat-resistant nylon, plastic, or wooden utensils for cooking. Avoid sharp spatulas or metal tools that may damage the nonstick surface.
3. Nonstick cookware distributes heat evenly. Use medium to low heat for optimal results. When using high heat, ensure food or liquid is present in the pan.
4. Allow the pan to cool slightly after use before washing with warm water. Never rinse immediately with cold water. For stubborn stains, use warm water with dish soap and a sponge. Avoid scrubbing vigorously with coarse scouring pads or metal scrubbers.
